Intro:
Welcome to our kitchen, and today we have a special treat for you. Eid is just around the corner, and we have the perfect recipe to make your celebrations even more special. We are going to show you how to make Masalaydar Masala Chops, which is a mouthwatering dish made with tender mutton chops and a delicious blend of spices. So, let's get started.
To make Masalaydar Masala Chops, you will need the following ingredients:
1 kg mutton chops
2 tbsp ginger paste
2 tbsp garlic paste
2 tbsp red chili powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp garam masala powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp salt
1 cup yogurt
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup oil
Chopped coriander leaves for garnish
Step 1: Marination
In a large bowl, add the mutton chops, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well and make sure the chops are coated with the marinade. Add yogurt and lemon juice, and mix again. Cover the bowl with saran wrap and refrigerate for somewhere around 4 hours, ideally short-term.
Step 2: Cooking
Heat oil in an immense skillet over medium-focused energy. Add the marinated chops to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until they are browned and cooked through. Make sure to turn the chops carefully, so they don't break. Once the chops are cooked, sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves on top for garnish.
Step 3: Serving
Masalaydar Masala Chops are ready to serve. You can serve them with naan, roti, or rice. They also taste great with mint chutney or raita.
