Spicy Prawn (shrimp) Pasta with
Harissa and Feta Recipe

Ingredients:
- 250g linguine pasta
- 300g prawns (shrimp), peeled and deveined
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons harissa paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
- 1 can of chopped tomatoes
- 50g feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Chopped fresh coriander (cilantro), for garnish
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté until they are soft and translucent.
- Add the garlic, harissa paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, smoked paprika and red chilli flakes. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and season with salt and black pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
- Add the prawns to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until they are pink and cooked through.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss until it is coated in the sauce.
- Serve the pasta in bowls, topped with crumbled feta cheese and chopped fresh coriander.
