Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Marinara sauce (for serving)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix everything together until it's well combined.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
